1. Who I am
This website, [https://global-usahealth.blog/home] (the "Website"), is owned and operated by me, Thamyris Nathalia, an individual working as a professional affiliate marketer. On the Website I publish content, reviews, recommendations and comparisons, and I may include links to products and services offered by third-party companies.
I do not sell products or services directly on the Website and I do not process payments here. Purchases happen on the websites of the third-party merchants and platforms I link to.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, I am the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected when you visit the Website, contact me, subscribe to my communications, click on my affiliate links, or interact with my advertisements. It does not apply to websites, products or services operated by third parties, even if I link to them (see Section 7).
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.
3. Information I collect
3.1 Information you give me directly
- Contact details: your name and email address (and phone number, if you provide it) when you write to me or submit a contact form.
- Newsletter and subscriptions: your email address and name if you sign up to receive emails or updates.
- Communications: the content of messages, comments, survey answers and any other information you choose to send me.
- Marketing preferences: your choices about whether to receive newsletters or promotional messages.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Website, I and my service providers automatically collect certain technical data, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (city or region level);
- device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution and language settings;
- pages viewed, links clicked (including affiliate links), time spent on pages, referring and exit pages, and the date and time of your visit;
- unique identifiers such as cookie IDs and mobile advertising IDs;
- information about how you arrived at the Website, for example the advertisement or search query that led you here.
3.3 Information from third parties
I may receive aggregated or limited information from advertising, analytics and affiliate partners (for example Google and affiliate networks), such as reports on clicks, visits and conversions. I do not receive your payment details or full purchase records from merchants; affiliate reports normally show only anonymous or aggregated data on clicks and commissions.
3.4 Sensitive information
I do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data or precise geolocation). Please do not send me this kind of information. I also do not use sensitive categories to personalize advertising.
4. How I use your information
I use personal information to:
- operate, maintain and deliver the Website and its content;
- respond to your questions, messages and requests;
- send you newsletters, recommendations and other marketing messages, where permitted by law or with your consent (you can opt out at any time);
- measure and improve the performance, content, security and usability of the Website;
- track clicks on affiliate links and measure the performance of my content and campaigns;
- measure the effectiveness of my advertising and show relevant ads on Google and other platforms;
- detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents and other illegal activity;
- comply with legal obligations and defend legal claims.
I do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising and analytics activities described in Section 8 may be considered "sharing" or "selling" under some state laws; see Section 14 for your choices.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/UK GDPR, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) or similar laws apply, I process personal information only when there is a valid legal basis:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your messages and requests | Steps taken at your request and my legitimate interests |
| Analytics, site improvement, security, fraud and spam prevention | My legitimate interests |
| Advertising cookies, remarketing and non-essential tracking | Your consent |
| Newsletter and promotional email | Your consent or, where permitted, my legitimate interests |
| Tax, accounting and other legal duties (for example, records of affiliate income) | Compliance with a legal obligation |
| Defending legal claims | Legitimate interests and the regular exercise of rights in legal proceedings |
When I rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Affiliate disclosure: I am a professional affiliate. Some links on this Website are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or complete another qualifying action on the third-party site, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products and services that I believe may be useful to my audience, and commissions do not change the price you pay.
7.1 What happens when you click an affiliate link
When you click an affiliate link, you are taken to the website of a third-party merchant or platform. That company, and the affiliate network that connects us, may place cookies or similar technologies on your device to recognize that you came from my Website. This is how they know to credit the referral to me.
7.2 Third-party practices
Once you leave the Website, the merchant's or platform's own privacy policy applies to any information it collects about you, including when you create an account or make a purchase. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or privacy practices. I encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.
7.3 What I do not receive
I do not have access to your payment information, billing address, account credentials or full order details on third-party sites. Affiliate programs usually provide me only with aggregated or anonymous information, such as the number of clicks, orders and commission amounts.
8. Google advertising and analytics
I use Google advertising and measurement services, including Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Google Tag. This section describes how these services work on the Website.
In short: third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to this Website and other websites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time.
8.1 How Google uses cookies and identifiers
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Website and/or other sites on the internet.
- Google and other vendors may use the DoubleClick advertising cookie and mobile advertising identifiers for ad serving and conversion measurement.
8.2 Remarketing and conversion tracking
I may use remarketing audiences (such as Google Ads remarketing and "Remarketing Lists for Search Ads") to show my ads to people who previously visited the Website. I also use conversion measurement to understand which ads lead to actions such as clicks on affiliate links or newsletter sign-ups. Conversion measurement may use first-party and third-party cookies and, where you have provided it, hashed contact details (for example a hashed email address). Hashed data is used only for matching and measurement.
8.3 Google Analytics
Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and traffic sources. I use it to prepare reports and improve the Website. Where available, I enable IP anonymization and limit data retention. Google Analytics may also use Google signals and advertising features (including demographics and interests reporting) when you have allowed personalized advertising. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
8.4 Your choices for Google advertising
- Opt out of personalized advertising or manage your ad preferences with Google Ads Settings.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page, or Your Online Choices (EU).
- On mobile devices, reset or limit your advertising ID in your device's privacy settings.
- Review the Google Privacy Policy.
8.5 My advertising practices
- I follow the Google Ads Personalized Advertising policies. I do not use remarketing or interest-based targeting based on sensitive categories such as health conditions, financial hardship, race or ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or similar protected characteristics.
- I do not send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics in a way that violates Google's terms.
- Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), I use a consent mechanism and pass your consent choices to Google (Consent Mode), so that advertising and analytics storage are used only when you agree.
- My advertisements are consistent with the content and recommendations published on this Website, and I clearly disclose the affiliate nature of my links.
10. International transfers
I and my service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States and Brazil, where data protection rules may differ. When personal information is transferred across borders, I rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, the standard clauses approved by the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), or other lawful mechanisms.
11. Data retention
I keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. As a general guide:
- Messages and enquiries: generally up to 3 years after our last interaction.
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, then a minimal suppression record to honor your opt-out.
- Cookie and analytics data: for the lifetimes shown in your cookie settings and analytics configuration (commonly 2 to 14 months).
- Records required by law (such as tax and accounting records related to affiliate income): for the period required by applicable law.
When information is no longer needed, I delete or anonymize it.
12. Data security
I use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and the use of reputable hosting and service providers. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your rights occurs, I will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:
- Access and confirmation that I process your data, and a copy of it;
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Deletion (or anonymization) of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed unlawfully;
- Restriction of or objection to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- Portability of your data to another provider;
- Withdrawal of consent at any time;
- Information about the entities with which I share your data and about the consequences of refusing consent;
- Review of automated decisions, where applicable;
- Complaint to a data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, email me at [thamyris@globalusahealth.com]. I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. I will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days, or 15 days under the LGPD for certain requests). You will not be treated unfairly for exercising your rights.
Unsubscribe from marketing: use the "unsubscribe" link in any email I send or contact me directly.
14. Region-specific information
Brazil (LGPD)
If you are in Brazil, I process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). I act as both controller and person in charge of data protection (encarregada), and you may exercise your rights using the contact details in Section 18. You may also lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland (GDPR)
You have the rights described in Section 13 and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. The legal bases I rely on are listed in Section 5.
United States (including California and other states)
Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have the right to know, access, correct, delete and port their personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising and of profiling. The categories of personal information I may collect are listed in Section 3, and the categories of recipients are listed in Section 9. The use of Google advertising cookies and affiliate tracking cookies may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under these laws. To opt out, use the cookie settings on the Website, enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or contact me. I do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to my decision.
15. Children's privacy
The Website is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and I do not knowingly collect their personal information. I do not use children's data for personalized advertising. In Brazil, processing of data of children and adolescents is carried out in their best interest and with the consent of a parent or guardian where required. If you believe a child has given me personal information, please contact me and I will delete it.
16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, so the Website does not currently change its behavior in response to those signals. Where required by law, I honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
17. Changes to this policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in my practices, technology or legal requirements. I will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, I will provide additional notice (such as a banner or an email) and, where required, ask for your consent again.
